How do I get the best Vision Mode scoring accuracy?
Keep the basket centered and locked, mount your phone on a stable tripod/support, and keep movement near the basket minimal during scoring.
Should I use Manual Basket Anchor or Auto Basket Anchor?
Manual Basket Anchor is the default and best starting point for most setups. Center the guide box around the basket cage. Auto Basket Anchor is optional if you want a tighter auto-detected cage overlay; if lock quality is weak, switch back to Manual.
What happens if I deny camera permission?
Vision Mode will not run without camera access. You can enable access later in iOS Settings.
Where is my data stored?
Practice sessions can sync through your private iCloud account using Apple CloudKit when iCloud is enabled. Drill sessions and drill shot history stay on-device. If iCloud is off, practice sessions also stay on-device.
Can I export or clear my stats?
Yes. In Settings you can export CSV data, and you can reset lifetime stats when needed.
How should I measure putting distance?
Use a method you can repeat consistently, like calibrated pacing or a map measurement. Consistency matters more than perfect precision.
